Dormitory Reservations
The ASP rate for dorm rooms ($50.00 per night, including linens and towels) officially closed on May 12, but rooms may still be available. For more info, contact conference_services@brown.edu

Dorm Room Info
Residence hall rooms typically have one single bed, one desk, one chair, and one dresser and will be provided in clean condition and ready for occupancy upon arrival. Rooms must be returned in a similar condition. Sleeping Room Accommodations must be confirmed thirty (30) days prior to start date of the conference or event. Linen packets are included. "No Shows" will be charged at the rate of full rooms. Substitutions are permitted. The assigned resident hall(s) will be open and available to accommodate participants per the arrangements made with BROWN. Arrangements for the early arrival of participants or staff must be made in advance. Early arrivals cannot be guaranteed and can only be accommodated on a space available basis. Extra charges for early arrivals may be assessed. Participant departures from the residence hall must be completed no later than 12:00 noon on final day of the program unless other arrangements are made in advance with BROWN.
Parking:
During the term of this Agreement, participants with sleeping accommodations on Brown’s Campus may use parking spaces in BROWN lots as defined subject to availability. Requests for parking should be made prior to check in. Parking permits may only be purchased by guests living on campus at the housing described herein. Parking is limited and can not be guaranteed.
Keys/Keycards:
Room keys and exterior door keycards will be distributed as arranged with BROWN. Exterior door keycards are required for entry to the resident hall. If a key or keycard is lost, participant will be charged at the current rate for each lost key or keycard replacement.
Lockouts:
Participant will be charged $25 each time a participant is locked out due to a lost or forgotten card and requires the assistance of BROWN personnel to re-enter the building.
